岗位职责：
ES/MS Teacher Duties
• Work with students in grades 1-8, as assigned for the school year;
teaching assignments take into consideration a teacher's area of interest
and qualifications. The teaching assignment may include courses from more than one grade level.
• This position is authorized through the Chinese Track Academic Principal but assigned to the English Track, under the supervision of the EMS academic leadership.
• Strong commitment to elementary and middle grades [as supported by the Association for Middle Level Education (AMLE)], as assigned
• Carry out the ongoing development of the school’s ES/MS Chinese as a

Job Duties
Second Language (CSL) curriculum and other curricular areas the teacher
is assigned to instruct, following the Understanding by Design (UbD)
concepts.
• Prepare effective and diverse classroom lessons to implement the
school’s CSL curriculum and other assigned teaching subjects, following
the school’s accepted methods
• Design authentic subject assessments and measure their effectiveness in
meeting curricular goals
• Differentiate lesson plans to meet the needs of both struggling and
advanced students.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback focused on student classroom
performance and preparation for parents/families
• Design and implement safe procedures to ensure the well-being of all
students and staff during class time.
• Help direct and coordinate student participation projects for special school
events during the school year, whether departmental or schoolwide
• Help maintain and care for the assigned ES/MS departmental supplies
and equipment, including inventorying those items
• Help care for assigned classrooms
• Help train and guide students to follow proper safety procedures
• Collaborate with grade-level team to plan, teach, and assess
interdisciplinary units
• Comfortable working with a range of students: those who are advanced
and motivated with strong academic backgrounds, those who struggle
academically, and those who are native speakers or Chinese, English, or
other languages

2. 具备教师资格证的代课教师或在校研究生

3. 具备英文的日常交流能力

4 . 有教学经验及跨文化工作经验优先

5. 熟练使用office办公软件

工作时间：

周一至周五：7:50am-4:40pm；周末双休；
